Sheri is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours from College du M\u00e9decine Vivante. Her studies included 1000 hours of training, plus over 500 hours of stage practice, in Swedish Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Oriental Massage based on Tradition Chinese Medicine, Reflexology of the feet, Trigger Point Therapy, Aromatherapy, Body Wrap and Exfoliation, Hot Stone Massage, and Bamboo Massage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Having a deep respect and interest in the physiology and functions of the body and the role of Traditional Chinese Medicine in healing, she made a career change and began to focus solely on her true passion in life. With her keen sense and practical knowledge, Sheri provides holistic therapies based on what is best for the client in their healing process. She tends to combine her knowledge of all the above therapies when treating a client. For example, a client may be experiencing stiffness throughout the body, so along with Swedish massage, she will pinpoint areas of weakness or pain by performing reflexology on the foot while massaging it. She works with the client and educates them on how their body and mind functions and the reasons behind the pain and malfunctions of the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sheri is a compassionate, gifted therapist and aims to provide an outstanding service to her clients in and around the West Island of Montreal.
